Removal of the existing arrangement
Replacement with a fresh bunch of native flowers and clean water
Cleaning and polishing of the vase
A photo of the refreshed arrangement sent to you after each visit

Invoicing & Payments
You must purchase the initial arrange for $40 and then subscribe for your monthly clean & refill service. You'll be charged $20 once a month automatically, no lock in contracts and can cancel anytime by logging into your account (or create one with same email and it will link your passed orders) to cancel anytime.
Service Schedule
Services are completed on the second Tuesday of each month. Service dates may vary slightly due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified if any changes occur.
Initial Setup
An initial payment of $40 is required and includes the “In Loving Memory” spiked vase, a native floral arrangement and delivery to the cemetery.
Ongoing Monthly Maintenance
Ongoing maintenance is $20 per month and includes:
•Removal of the existing native floral arrangement
•Replacement with a fresh native flower bunch and clean water
•Cleaning and polishing of the vase
•A photo provided after each visit
Flowers & Availability
Floral arrangements are created using seasonal native flowers, subject to availability. Flower varieties, colours, and sizes may vary throughout the year.
Site Conditions & Liability
While every care is taken, we are not responsible for damage or loss caused by weather conditions, wildlife, vandalism, theft, or cemetery maintenance activities beyond our control.
Cancellations & Changes
You can cancel or pause this service at anytime by logging into your account (or create one with same email and it will link your passed orders) to cancel anytime. . No refunds will be issued for services already completed.

Photos are provided for client reassurance and service confirmation. Image quality may vary due to lighting and weather conditions. Once the photo has been sent to the client, it will be deleted from our records.
