Where is pick up?

Pickup is located in Horsham, Victoria. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email and/or text message with the address for our ‘Porch Pickup’ Service.

When can I pick up my flowers?

Porch Pickup is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Just choose a date and time that works best for you at checkout.

I couldn’t make it to pick up my flowers, what should I do?

No worries! Simply get in touch with us, preferably via text and we’ll be happy to reschedule a new pickup time that works for you. All of our contact details will be included in your purchase confirmation email and/or text message or on our website ‘contact us’ page.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

We completely understand that plans can change! You’re welcome to cancel your order; however, refunds cannot be issued within 12 hours of your scheduled pick up or delivery time. If you need to cancel, just reach out to us via email or phone and we’ll do our best to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and Afterpay.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we do! For same-day delivery, please place your order by 12:00PM, Monday to Friday. For Saturday deliveries, orders must be placed by 12:00PM on Friday.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across the Wimmera region. Not sure if your area is covered? Feel free to get in touch or click here to check your postcode. We deliver every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (excluding Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas month).

What are your delivery hours?

Residential deliveries are made Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, between 9:00AM and 4:00PM. Business deliveries are available on weekdays only, also between 9:00AM and 4.00PM. Please note: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time of the day.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?

If no one is home at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers at, or near the door, or in another place we deem safe. If necessary, we will contact the sender to let them know where the flowers were left. If we’re unable to find a secure place to leave them, we’ll get in touch with the sender to arrange a re-delivery.

How do I know when the flowers have been delivered?

A text message will be sent to the sender once delivery has been made. Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery information. If a mistake happens, don’t worry -we’re happy to arrange redelivery, though an additional fee may apply.
