Porch Pickup – Horsham, VIC

Pickup is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an SMS or email with the porch pickup address in Horsham, Victoria.

Simply select your preferred pickup date at checkout.

Contactless collection is available for your convenience.

No worries! Contact us via phone or email and we’ll arrange a new time that works for you.

Delivery – Wimmera Region

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00PM, Monday to Friday.
Saturday deliveries must be placed by 12:00PM Friday.

Deliveries occur Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday, 9:00AM – 4:00PM.

We deliver across the Wimmera region, including Horsham, Haven, and surrounding towns.

If no one is home:

Flowers will be left in a safe spot near the door, or we will contact the sender to arrange a suitable location.

If a secure location cannot be found, we will contact the sender to arrange re-delivery.

Delivery Confirmation:

A text message (or email) will be sent to the sender when the flowers have been delivered.

Please double-check delivery details to avoid delays. Re-delivery may incur an additional fee if required.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change.

Orders can be cancelled at any time before 12 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

Cancellations within 12 hours of your order’s pickup or delivery cannot be refunded.

To cancel, contact us, and we’ll confirm your cancellation.
